Roger Glazier New York Motion Picture Photo Bio Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and spending 99% of my time at a Ski Resort deep in the Rocky Mountains started a life long love affair with Nature, the Outdoors and People from all walks of life. At a young age of 9 the images transpiring from a square Brownie black box would change the way I see the rest of my life. Fast forward to a couple years in London with cameras’ in hand positively clinched the deep rooted love & passion for Photography and the constant need to capture images of all subject matter. Years of assisting for the world famous Annie Leibovitz out of New York City sparked a flame to go solo with a personal style and creativity of my own. Soon everything from wild Mustangs to Olympic Athletes, High Fashion in the streets to unconventional Weddings and Portraiture was the norm on both the East and West Coast of the US, Mexico and Canada. As an avid Motocross racer, Promoter & photographer throughout the Western states, the addition of speed and motion became an interesting element of my work. A variety of published work and Marketing assignments resulted and continued to fuel the desire to combine text & photo’s for national magazines and publications as well as creative major ad Scripting for 30 second video spots. Skill, Patience, Professionalism and Dedication would play a large role in all jobs no matter how small or far away. Staying up to date in the Digital Capture world with support on both Mac and PC platforms combined for detail in perfection and preparation for Sales & printing for Gallery display. A top finalist in Photographers Forum 2006 International Photo Contest of over 20,000 entries as published in best of 2006 Photo Annual. Currently working on a variety of Marketing, Promotional and Photographic projects for specific clients as well as Video production in TV spots, Infomercials, Music Videos and Specials such as Coca Cola, Heinz Catsup, Skiers Edge Company, Pepsi Challenge, Wrangler Jeans & Bourget Bikeworks to name a few. Active Digital Photography Instructor in upstate New York in Community & always up for a challenge, new assignments and experimenting with creative imagery and text. Continuing to Work in the Motion Picture Industry since 2009 in Las Vegas, California, Utah and New York. Photo Works currently exhibited onine and sold in several New York Galleries.
