My first theatre experience was when I was 15. I had never really given theatre much thought, although looking back, I've always had a different kind of imagination. I would often pull out the furniture from my grandmother's storage and build a set in the front yard. The local community theatre in town was having auditions for On Golden Pond. It was between me and a friend of mine. I got the part of Billy Ray. At times I ponder as to whether I would have continued pursuing theatre had the director cast my friend. That was my first taste of the stage and I've been involved in some capacity throughout the years. I took a few years off to work and finish college. Recently I just completed a couple of plays and just recently started working on another. Takes a lot of time, but I love it. One of my original plays also just got picked up for by a theatre in the are as part of their 2010/2011 Season.
