Killer

The Road Theatre Company invites you to join us for a staged reading of Steve Apostolina’s Killer on Monday, October 16th, 2023 at 7:30 PM. The reading is a suggested donation of $15

Playwright: Steve Apostolina

Director: Ann Hearn Tobolowsky

Cast: TBA

Dixie home cares for her wheelchair-bound grandson after he sustained a traumatic brain injury during a high school football game. The producer of the extremely popular TV docu-series is coming to interview Dixie, Randall and others for possible inclusion in a future episode. National exposure would almost certainly spark donations to Randall’s anemic GoFundMe campaign and help with the astronomical health care costs, so it is imperative that the interview goes well. But with exposure comes truth – and family truths can be filled with killers. The cost of winning has never been so deadly.
