Summary
Frank Wheeler (Leonardo DiCaprio) and April Wheeler (Kate Winslet) are a young couple with two kids living in Connecticut in the 50s. Frank has a dull office job that he hates and April wants to become an actress but she is abandoning her dream. Trying to find a way out of their frustrations, they decide to leave everything behind and move to Paris. After Frank gets offered a promotion and April gets pregnant, their decision to leave becomes harder and harder...
In this scene Frank finds a piece of rubber tubing in the bathroom. He realizes April wants to use it to give herself an abortion so that they can still go to Paris.
