Pride Films and Plays is holding auditions for Grindr: The Opera.
Character Type/Restrictions:
Roles to be cast:
Tom - A vers-bottom cynic Caucasian 20's or 30's. (Bari-tenor)
Devon - A serial monogamist cuckold. Should be played by a person-of-color.
Jack - A troubled twink late teens/early 20's, any ethnicity. (Tenor)
Grindr - An ancient, preternatural force of nature strengthened by recent advancements in hook-up technology. A counter-tenor in drag. Any ethnicity. (High Tenor)
Auditions will be held at Pride Arts Center, 4139 N Broadway
Time Commitment:
Opens Mid June to end of July. Shows Thursday, Sunday at 8 and Friday, Saturday at 10.
Material To Prepare:
2 pieces of music - one rock or opera.
