Description:

The Arc Theatre is looking for a replacement Stage Manager for their production of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream." This marks the 10th Anniversary season with Shakespeare on the Ridge in Evanston. The Arc and the Chicago/Evanston community are super excited about this production to commemorate this anniversary with Ridgeville Park!

See below for all of the dates and details for the show. The stipend is $500. There is also room in the budget for a production ASM. We always leave this up to the SM and the director to figure out how much extra support will be needed. The production is also "light" in terms of tech. Let me know what you think!

(Our first read-through is coming up on the 18th, and I realize this is short notice. No need to be available for this date if it is too soon.)

Special Notes
-There are no understudies
-Intimacy and Physical Contact and Violence may be incorporated. If deemed necessary, an Intimacy Director and a Fight Choreographer will be working with us on these different moments.
-The show is performed OUTDOORS in the park
-This is a non-equity Agreement: the Stage Manager will be paid a stipend of $500 for all work involved with the production.
