Synopsis:
A small time mob henchman declares war on his boss after realizing that his most recent job involved the death of someone close to him. After 25 years of loyalty, Joe King begins a violent journey of redemption and revenge to confront Cubby Wagner, an aging crime boss contemplating the end of his reign. Faced with blood thirsty adversaries, Korean gangsters, insurmountable odds and his own personal demons, Joe must rely on his revolver and his wits to make right his biggest wrongs.
The Henchman’s War is a hard boiled tale of murder, revenge, betrayal, greed and regret.
**Auditions are scheduled for Saturday, June 25, and Saturday, July 2, both days 11am to 6pm and will consist of a 1 1/2 to 2 minute monologue and sides (which will be provided with your audition confirmation, along with location).
