Description:
Director: Torkjell Stromme. SKIN DEEP is a drama with horror elements, a 10-minute graduation short for the MA Film course at the International Film School Wales. The premise: In love with a prostitute & inspired to paint her, an art forger falls foul of his corrupt dealer who threatens the relationship.
I have been making short films for several years and last year was nominated in several film festivals including Portobello and End of the Pier film festivals. Skin Deep is my graduation film for the MA Film course at the International Film School Wales, and will be shot on HD for festival circuit submissions.
Production window is 7-10 July 2011, in Newport, south Wales. This is a non-commercial student project being made on a collaborative basis, expenses covered, copy of the film, invitations to screenings and information about its progress are offered.
