A werewolf short film. Small town murders circle around a young man and his dysfunctional family.
|Role Name||Gender||Ethnicity||Age Range||Description|
|Luke||Male||Any||18-25||late teens/early 20s years old, all ethnicities male. Also open to considering someone gender non-conforming for this role. Being a recent high school grad is stressful. Luke wants to be an artist, but he's stuck working a dead-end job and still living at home with mom and her stick-in-the-mud boyfriend. He fantasizes about dark, terrible things happening to his enemies; unfortunately for him, these enemies keep dying via monster attacks. Is he somehow responsible? Please note if you have artistic/drawing experience.|
|Terrence||Either||Any||20-26||20 to 26 years old, all ethnicities male or female. Rough around the edges. They don't think before they speak, and they tend to strike perceptively close to the heart of insecurities. Might be why they don't have many friends besides Luke.|
|Loretta||Female||Any||40-50||40 to 50 years old, all ethnicities female. Some women choose motherhood and some have it thrust upon them. Loretta cares very deeply for her son, but may resent the duties expected of her. She works two jobs. It's extremely stressful, but it's vital to her mental well-being that she be independent. And she likes her husband Hammond a lot, but why should she have to conform to his perception of a "traditional family"?|
|Hammond||Male||Any||40-50||40 to 50 years old, all ethnicities male. The swaggering hero that nobody asked for. He makes it his business to take charge and fix everything, both in town and in his home life. That's probably what drew him to become a cop. He can handle anything, or die trying. Please note if you have weaponry experience, or experience handling/shooting a gun. (Please note- we will be using a prop gun on set).|
|Officer Klein||Either||Any||28-40||28 to 40 years old, all ethnicities male or female. A rookie cop with a lot to prove. He's been in the field long enough to know the ropes, though has never had occasion to take the lead.|
