Description:

Hell in a Handbag Productions is holding auditions for a new work, The Drag Seed a parody of The Bad Seed by David Cerda directed by Cheryl Snodgrass to be performed at Mary's Attic.

We are casting the following:

Summer Breeze/Mr. Phillip Breeze- 10 year old sensitive boy who does Joni Mitchell type drag/Male- Father of Summer- 30's. No children please.

Ms. Ficus- 35+, Female, Headmistress at the Josephine Baker Academy for Gifted Children. Sensitive and careful.

Lee (35+) - Female- Apartment complex caretaker. Creepy, grizzled, self- professed old school butch lesbian.

All genders and race will be considered for all roles. Candidates must be open to the parody of social constructs. If you're sensitive this probably isn't for you as this is an adult parody.

Rehearsals: May 28- July 3, Mon-Thurs 7-10, Sat. 1pm
