She's presently dealing with mending a broken relationship with her alcoholic father due to her step-mother's death while trying to move forward with her fiance whom she's scepticle of. She dances at a school in a type of "ballet" style to try and clear her head of any worries.
Derrick Smith	Male	African American	31-40	Handsome, educated. He is an associate pastor of a church. He's trying to be a better husband and father than his own father was and is put to the test when a female from his past comes into the picture.
Eli Stone	Male	African American	51-60	Eli has struggle all his life to find happiness. He's put to the test when his wife passes away and he falls back to his alcoholic ways trying to put the pieces together and hopefully in time to mend the broken relationship he now has with his daughter April.
Alicia Gomez	Female	South American/Latino	25-30	Alicia's feisty, strong willed and speaks her mind. She's a wonderful support to her best friend April.
