Description:
ACTORS NEEDED FOR COMEDY SHORT FILM!!!
Director Sean Huber is looking for 2 male actors to be in a short film titled “The Bar Heist.” This comedy tells the story of two not-so-professional criminals, and their plan to rob an old pub.
The characters being cast are as followed:
Jerry: early 40s/early 50s, stocky, dark hair. Jerry is the leader of this crime duo, and in his eyes, the much smarter of the two. He’s extremely confident in everything he has to say, and is quick with insults in his heavy Italian accent. He served some time, but does not want people to know that it was for unpaid parking tickets
Semore: late 30s/early 40s, lengthy. Semore is Jerry’s sidekick. He’s much less experienced than Jerry (or so he thinks) but is not afraid to question everything that Jerry says. He believes that he may just be the smarter one.
Auditions will be held on Tuesday, April 26th and Thursday, April 28th, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM at:
Drexel University Crossings
Basement Lobby
3175 JFK Blvd (near 32nd and Market Street)
Philadelphia, PA 19104
Please email and bring a headshot and resume.
Filming will take place over the weekend of May 6th in Chestnut Hill, PA. Meals, refreshments, and a copy of the final cut will be provided.
