In a dystopian future, physical human interaction is no longer necessary. Mankind has fallen under the spell of its greatest creation – the ominous Machine. Now, humans reside in individual underground cells, recycling and distorting the past in order to classify it as fiction. Kuno, an imaginative young man, longs to break away from this society and its reliance on the Machine – much to his mother’s disapproval. In this adaptation of the tale, we focus on Vashti’s internal transformation as the Machine lives and ultimately dies.
