Description:
Stand Off Productions is currently in pre-production on the short student film “The Stand”, a drama that explores the issue of incongruity in a young couple’s unexpected pregnancy.
We are slated to begin filming in February 19, 20 and 26, 27.
Auditions will be held in Downtown Chicago on Saturday, February 12 @ 10AM.

While there is no pay at this time, this is an excellent opportunity to meet and work with a talented group of Chicago's independent filmmakers. Of course, DVD copies of the film will be provided for your reel. This film will be submitted to film festivals upon completion.

1) Male / 18-23. / White
Jess – A typical 20-something pragmatic male.
2) Female / 18-23. / White
Franz – A feisty young woman with a cynical view on life.
