Description:
The Prince: Written and Directed by Ryan Ginestet - Contact information ryanginestet@gmail.com phone number 7348180386
The Prince is a religious parable detailing the constant and ambiguous nature of the battle between good and evil and the forces participating in the battle. The main characters are four men of various ages. These men are Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and Samael. These are the four principle arch angels. The Prince, who is Lucifer, will assume his quasi-ambiguous role initially taken up in Milton's Paradise Lost as the anti-hero. And finally two young children, Adam and Evelyn. The young children represent the innocence lost during Lucifer's initial corruption in the Garden of Eden. They have been in The Prince's possession since that ancient time and he has hid them in this labyrinthine wood. The four archangels are there to find them and take them back. The story will detail the archangels, in the form of woodsman, hunt for the prince and the two children and the prince's vigilant task of protecting the children until death. The main themes of the film is power and the ambiguous nature of good and evil and the different perspectives from both vantage points. Who is right and who is wrong. Are both right and both wrong?
