Casting "Grunts," a student-produced mini series pilot. Synopsis: An ensemble piece centered around a squad of Marines from 3rd Battalion 1st Marines. The series follows a group of Marines after returning home from their final tour together. On their last weekend in the Corps together dark secrets emerge between them that threaten their families, relationships and their bond of brotherhood. The pilot focuses on a young Marine, Tex, who struggles to live with the guilt of having slept with the wife of the Marine (his Team Leader) who saved his life in combat.

He becomes dependent on the use of anabolic steroids and Adderall as he strives to become an image of a Marine that he believes will be respected by his seniors, leading him into addiction and an identity crisis.|

However, his violent past as an abusive husband isn't easily forgotten- or forgiven by his wife, Suzy- who now seeks a divorce through infidelity with the only Marine he was able to save in the ambush. Struggling to keep his family together while dealing with the deaths of the Marines he couldn't save- the only thing keeping him together is the daughter he came back to, or so he thinks is his daughter.|

Seducing a young Marine in her husband's fire team she gives birth to a baby girl during the (her husbands) deployment. Seeing the newborn baby as a means to gain the military life she believes is owed to her, Suzy threatens to reveal the affair she's had with her husband's subordinate and the truth of who the real father is.|
