Historical Theatre Acting Group will hold auditions for The Play "Ben" on June 10, 15, & 16 at 7:30 PM. All roles are un paid, non equity. This is a new play by Richard Dalton directed by Georgina Bard.
Casting 6 males age 25 - 55 for the roles of Sam Adams, Thomas Paine, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and John Hancock. 1 female for the role of Abigail Adams age 32, 1 male for the lead role of Ben Franklin age 50+, 1 male age 25 + for the Role of George (Ben's slave). Play takes place in 1776 prior to signing of Declaration of Independence. Rehearsals on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning June 22. Performances the week of September 12 - 19.
