Description:
SMC (Shakespeare's Motley Crew) is holding auditions for our 6th year of Midsummer Mayhem. MM is a short series of Shakespeare scenes highlighting a central theme (this year "Prophesy").
We are seeking all ages and types. We are also seeking a Master of Ceremonies who will open and close the performance.
Time Commitment:
Performances are all 4 weekends in August (3/4/5, 10/11/12, 17/18/19 and 24/25/26) and produced in Winnemac Park (Damen and Winnemac). Rehearsals will begin in mid June in Ravenswood.
Material To Prepare:
Actors should prepare one Shakespeare monologue of any type.
