Description:

Sesame Street Live! is seeking male and female singers, actors, dancers, character performers, and puppeteers for new and existing touring stage shows, with various tour schedules. Contracts run anywhere from 6-12 months with competitive pay, benefits, and domestic and international travel.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Please bring a non-returnable headshot and resume. You must be 18 years of age or older to audition. Ladies, please have hair pulled back away from your face, and wearing neutral stage makeup. Gentlemen, please be clean shaven, no hats please. Performers with slight-of-hand magic skills are highly sought after.

All interested performers MUST attend a live audition for casting consideration, as our audition process caters to our very specific casting needs. At this time, we are unable to cast performers based on online submissions only.

SINGERS:
Seeking youthful male and female vocalists with an urban style. Please prepare 16 bars of a current, contemporary, upbeat pop / R&B song and provide sheet music. A pianist will be provided. Call Back Info - Some singers may be asked to participate in the movement exercise later in the afternoon. Please be prepared with appropriate attire to dance in.

CHARACTER PERFORMERS / PUPPETEERS / DANCERS:
Seeking male and female character performers, puppeteers, & dancers. Puppetry experience with hand/rod puppets and "mech" heads is a plus. All performers will learn a dance/movement combination. Please be dressed for movement. Some will be asked to participate in a basic hand puppetry assessment. Tumbling, acro, and break dancing skills are a plus.
