Synopsis: An ex-cop struggles with mental health issues and alcohol addiction, which threaten his sanity as well as his relationship with his young son.
Character Breakdowns:
Shawn: 30s, ex-cop struggling with deteriorating mental health and alcohol addiction. Agoraphobic who cannot leave his apartment. Making it all the more difficult to raise a young son alone after his wife leaves him.
Mary: late 20s- early 30s, Shawn’s wife who leaves him because of his inability to cope with his mental illness and addiction.
Brandon: child under 10, Brandon is Shawn’s son. His days are spent trying to navigate living a life with an absent mother, and a father who is mentally incapable of successfully raising a child, despite his love and determination.
