Synopsis: Casting 'Blanketboy', a short film produced as part of the UT MFA Production program. 'Blanketboy' depicts a young woman's struggle to leave a comfortably strange codependent relationship, despite its many flaws and one wild late night blanket panic.

KARINA
Open ethnicity
23, finds poetry in the dopey and dark things. She often finds herself in a caregiver role in her relationship, despite her self-assurance in other aspects of her life. She's at the end of a rope that seems to reach infinity.

BLANKETBOY
Caucasian
25, charmingly manipulative, tattooed post-suburban punk boy. Often on the verge of some degree of mental break, but he's usually adept at maintaining a facade of control.

Note: Would prefer actors with tattoos for Blanketboy, but please still send your headshot/resume if you don't have them.
