Writers Theatre is holding Non-AEA General Auditions. Interested in meeting actors of all gender identities, ages, and ethnicities.

Auditions:
Friday, February 2nd (Non-Musical)
Monday, February 5th (Musical Theatre)

Material To Prepare:
Please bring one copy of a headshot and resume with you. To audition for our upcoming plays, please prepare 2 one-minute monologues of contrasting styles; one of your selections should be classical. To audition for our upcoming musicals, please prepare a 32-bar cut of a contemporary musical theatre song that shows your range and 1 one-minute contemporary monologue. An accompanist will be provided on Monday, February 5th only. Please bring your book with you. All cuts should be clearly marked.

Audition slots are secured via online submission. Please send your headshot and resume to our casting office at casting@writerstheatre.org and if we are able to offer you a slot, a casting representative will confirm a date and time with you. Geoff Button (Casting Director/Associate Producer) and Alexandra Kunath (Artistic Assistant) will be in attendance. Those interested in being considered for roles in musicals should attend on Monday, February 5th.
