Description:
Promethean Theatre is having auditions for their final production in the 17/18 Season. BLISS will open July 20th and close on August 25th. Auditions will take place on January 6th from 10am - 4pm. There will be no callbacks.
Location: City Lit
Compensation: $60 for the complete run and rehearsal process.
Cassandra - 20's, Black, She/Her/Her's. Level headed in the most other worldly circumstances. A survivor who finds her courage.
Maddy - 30's, Half white and half Hawaiian, She/Her/Her's. Neurotic but well meaning. She seems perpetually on the verge of a breakdown, but is a secret romantic. We're looking for actresses who can sing and play the ukulele.
Although the characters in BLISS are binary identified, we encourage non-binary and GNC actors to submit for this project, as long as you feel comfortable playing a binary identified character.
