Synopsis: A young woman, Francis, returns to her rural Midwestern home town to make a documentary about a scandal involving the town's contaminated water supply. While conducting interviews of the locals, she meets a middle aged woman, Laynie, who interest Francis so much that she becomes the new focus of the documentary.
