Synopsis: Lonely old man who has lost almost everything has to deal with Helpful neighbors including a neighbor he never
expected.

experienced bullying in his past, but always looks on the brighter side of life. Ethnicity: Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian,
African American, Indian, all ethnicities, could have a disabilities or speech impediment.
LISA – Supporting – (Late 60s-70s) Female. Loving and kind, with a sense of humor and a bit of sass. Looking for a
natural actress who can portray a genuine loving connection with our lead. Ethnicity: Caucasian.
