Synopsis: A lonely Pranic healer – a form of energy healing – continues to push her body and her spiritual health to the brink when she is confronted with an especially physically and spiritually trying healing session. This is a magical realism/horror/dramatic short.

Character Breakdowns:

Dana (40-60): Dana (40-60): Dana is a lonely Pranic healer living day to day, caught in a monotonous cycle of everyday life. She has had the gift (of sight and healing) for as long as she can remember. She is already struggling to maintain her spiritual and physical well-being, when Ashley, an abused woman living in terror of her dreams and her spouse, requires an especially draining healing from her. Cleanse is a movie that deeply explores trauma and traumatic experiences. Dana is a character who is intimately tied to her trauma and the trauma of others in her day to day life.
