Description:
This professional tour is a six-person ensemble, with actors playing multiple roles in Macbeth. Actors must have substantial experience performing Shakespeare. Dates of rehearsal and performances- March 13-April 27, 2018.
The tour travels to high schools in the Delaware Valley and is a great collegial experience, with competitive pay. Students and teachers loved our production of Hamlet last year, and are excited to have us back for Macbeth,
Actors must be flexible and easy to get along with, as well as demonstrating talent and skill in Shakespeare techniques of acting. A good sense of humor is a great help!
Rehearsals are 10-6pm from March 13- April 1.
Performances are from April 2- April 27 (Mon-Fri daytimes)
All roles open
Please prepare two contrasting Shakespeare monologues. Both should total no more than 3 minutes. You may also be asked to read from sides.
Auditions take place on Monday October 9, 10-6pm, with call-backs on Monday October 16, 10-6pm.
