Synopsis: THE ANTHONY PROJECT revolves around Anthony Ramirez, a successful, gay, Mexican, Jewish author who loses everything after the death of his grandmother and discovering his boyfriend is cheating lead him to have a mental breakdown. After someone records his breakdown and posts it to Twitter, the video goes viral, and Anthony's book contracts are dissolved, he is fired by his agent, and he is forced to take a job as an editor at Corkscrew–a small publishing house in Houston–to make money and try to build his reputation back up.
