Synopsis: Sofia is a young, naive, teenage girl who is traumatized by what she once considered love. Earl is an old grump who is traumatized by his past as well, after missing out on his dreams and losing the one he loved. Sofia attempts to bring the life back into Earl's eyes, however, Earl is apathetic towards her efforts and personal feelings.
