Description:
Janus Theatre Company in association with the Elgin Shakespeare Project and Moonlight Repertory are seeking actors for a fall production of Macbeth by William Shakespeare.
All roles are open. Directed by Sean Hargadon and produced by Sean Hargadon and Joseph Manella. There is no pay. The production runs at the newly renovated and historic Moonlight Theatre, 7 S 2nd Ave, St. Charles, IL 60174. The production runs October 31 - November 3 with five performances.
WHEN: Sunday, July 21 and 28 at 12pm. Actors attend one day. Callbacks as needed.

WHAT: Open Call. No appointment is necessary. Actors will be seen in order of arrival.
Seeking men and women, ranging in age from 20s - 60s. All ethnicities and genders welcome. Auditions will consist of cold readings. Headshot and resume are optional.
Rehearsals will be conducted primarily in Elgin with tech week in St. Charles. Rehearsals will begin with initial single workshops in September. The full rehearsal period will begin in October and be a three-week process. Performance dates: Oct 31- Nov 3, 2024: Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings with Saturday and Sunday matinees. Performances will take place at Moonlight Theatre.
