LOGLINE: A young couple inherits a house containing a mysterious relic which hosts the spirit of a powerful demon, and the wife of the man it possesses must find an exorcist to save him.

CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
PROFESSOR GROSS: Male. 45-55. A religious history professor. Pretentious, condescending, and passionate. Takes a deep interest in the demonic artifact found inside Brad and Julia's house and warns them about Theos Chamber's history. Willing to help Julia if he can get something for himself but soon falls victim to the demon as well.

SYNOPSIS:
Brad and Julia, a loving young couple with financial struggles, get the opportunity of a lifetime after the death of Brad's estranged uncle allows them to inherit a large house. However, the hopeful couple begins experiencing a series of frightening events once they discover a concealed room containing a mysterious relic that has a hypnotic effect on Brad.

By the time they learn the object is an ancient altar for a violent and hedonistic deity of a forgotten culture, Brad has already become possessed by the spirit that the object contains, beginning his violent spiral into a spree of masochism and sadistic acts of aggression towards Julia, their friends, and any unlucky soul that enters the house.

After resistance from Brad, Julia fails to remove the altar from the house. Suspecting that what's happened to Brad has a supernatural origin, she seeks the help of a former priest and exorcist to free her husband from the demon's grasp. Soon others fall prey to the entity inside Brad and its temptations.

Julia returns with the priest to discover that her home has become the center of a cabal of possessed blood-thirsty souls, led by Brad. She and the priest go head to head with them all in a ritualistic battle of good-versus-evil. In the end, Julia and the priest are victorious in destroying the altar, but their success at stopping the evil that's already inside them all is uncertain.
