Seeking strong singing adult male presenting actors that are 18+ years of age. Local hires only (no housing or travel provided). We encourage Trans and Gender Non-Conforming performers to submit as genders listed as those of the character, not the performer. All actors must have been up to date on your Covid vaccinations before Sunday 12/23/23 for consideration.

Pay: $300 Stipend

CAST BREAKDOWN:

Jesus of Nazareth - Rock Tenor/Strong Actor - Leader of the twelve disciples, called the "Son of God" and "King of the Jews". Has a difficult time accepting his fate without answers on why he must die. Must command the stage with power and calmness.

Simon Zealotes - Rock Tenor Strong Singer/Dancer - One of Jesus's twelve apostles who urges Jesus to lead the followers into battle against the Romans. High energy.

Ensemble - Strong Singers/Strong Dancers who will play Apostles, Moneychangers, Merchants, Angry Mob, Roman Soldiers, Lepers, Harod's Dancers, servants, etc.
