Description:
CHICAGO SHAKESPEARE THEATER is seeking actor/singer submissions for a TBA project for late spring to early fall 2024.
Seeking actors and singers 18 and up who play acoustic instruments in a folk music spirit. Seeking guitar, strings, cello, bass, acoustics woodwinds, hand-held percussion to name a few. All actors must play at an intermediate level or above and be comfortable singing either solo or in a group.
Pay: CAT Tier 6, $1056.24 weekly minimum

To be considered, please send a video of yourself playing instrument (s) of choice and singing a song that best shows off your vocal and dramatic range. No rock or hard pop, but musical theater as well as folk music are welcome. You must either self-accompany or have accompaniment played for you. No a cappella please.
