Village Theatre Guild will be having auditions for "Almost, Maine" by John Cariani on Sunday, January 14 at 7pm and Tuesday, January 16 at 7pm. You only need to attend one of these two dates. Invited callbacks (if needed) will be on Wednesday January 17 at 7pm.

Auditions consist of cold readings of the script. No appointment is necessary. This is a non-equity production. There is no pay. People auditioning are encouraged to provide a resume.

VTG is located at 2S720 Park Blvd. (near the NW corner of Butterfield Rd. and Park Blvd.) in Glen Ellyn.

There are 12 performances. The performance schedule is March 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30 and April 5, 6 at 7:30 pm. Matinees at 2 pm March 17, 24, 30 and April 6.

Looking for 2F 2M; 20's-40's to play multiple roles. Actors need to have above average comedic timing/delivery and range to play several roles convincingly different. These characters can be quirky, but all must be believable, honest and relatable. No accents will be needed, but different deliveries will be required.
