The Theater Lab is a friendly, collaborative-minded company and encourages performers of all backgrounds and experience to audition.
Auditions for Inherit The Wind by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee , will take place
Monday, October 23 and Tuesday, October 24, 2023 7:30 - 9:30 p.m.
Callbacks will take place by invitation only Thursday, October 26, 7:30 - 10:00 p.m.
Auditions, rehearsals, and performances will be held at:
Forest View Educational Center,
2121 S Goebbert Rd
Arlington Heights, IL
Rehearsals are scheduled to begin the week of November 14, 2023 and will generally be held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings 7:30 - 10:00 p.m. Not all actors will be called everyday.
All Actors are expected to commit to all Technical rehearsals which are scheduled
January 16-25 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Performances will be (January 26-28, 2024)
Friday, January 26 (7:30 p.m.), Saturday, January 27 (3:00 & 7:30 p.m.), Sunday, January 28 (3:00 p.m.)
Auditions will be held in groups with cold readings from the script.

To ensure a smooth audition experience, auditions will be scheduled in half hour blocks. Your time slot will be provided via email after completing our online audition form at https://forms.gle/V4q3QNPNCGZA6bdL9. You will be required to provide your name, contact information, and roles you may be interested in playing (descriptions are included in the form). You'll also have the opportunity to share your resume, headshot, and any other information you'd like us to know.
After submitting your completed audition form, you will receive an email no later than Saturday, October 21, 2023 confirming your time slot and specific room location for your audition at Forest View Education Center
