Description:
PM&L Theatre and director Fran Jansta are seeking a cast of 9 actors (5 women and 4 men of various ages) for our production of Oscar Wilde's 'The Importance of Being Earnest'.
British accents are encouraged but not required.
The audition will consist of cold readings from the script, a copy of which can be found at guttenberg.org.
Auditions will be held Monday, February 20th, starting at 7 pm. at PM&L Theatre, located at 877 Main Street in Antioch, IL. Callbacks, if needed, will be Wednesday, February 22nd, starting at 7 pm.
The Importance of Being Earnest will open on Friday, April 21, 2023 and will run for three weekends until Sunday, May 7, 2023 in the Dolly Spiering Memorial Auditorium.
