Description:
Triton College is currently casting a diverse group of actors and performers between the ages of 18-35 to play various ensemble roles in the Spring Production movement based play Peter/Wendy by Jeremy Bloom. The roles we are looking to cast are as follows:
Peter: charming
Wendy: a girl awoken in the night
A Lost Boy / A Mermaid: A child who is lost. To make his lostness literal, his eyes are closed and fake eyes are painted onto his eyelids, so the actor cannot see.
The Tiger Lily: A flower, connected to the earth with deep roots
Tinker Bell: Holds a tap light or finger lights as a puppet
Mrs. Darling / Hook: Romantic, sensual, filled with poetry. The hook itself can be the actor's finger.
Mr. Darling / Smee: Sincere, earnest to a fault and enthusiastic
Rehearsals and Performances held at 2000 5th Ave, River Grove, IL 60171, Triton College, J Building, Room 108
Rehearsals start Feb 16th and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm until tech week which is April 17th-20th. Performances are April 21-22, 28-29
