Magic, fairies, mistaken identity, audience participation and pure fun with original music and creative movement are all part of this adaption of a Midsummer Night's Dream Seeking an ensemble of creative youth performers, all ages 18 and under. No experience needed to audition, looking for energetic, fun actors! Auditions are Tuesday, December 17 from 6-8pm and Thursday, December 19 from 5-7pm. Rehearsals begin Saturday, January 4 and will be Saturday mornings, as well as one weeknight, to be determined based on actor availability. Shows are Saturdays and Sundays at 4pm, February 15-23. All auditions, rehearsals and performances are at the Skokie Theatre, 7924 Lincoln Ave, Skokie, IL 60077. Please be prepared to tell a joke and give 2-3 sentences describing yourself. You will also be asked to do a cold reading and learn some basic movement. Please come dressed comfortably If possible, please bring a headshot and resume.
