Description:
North Riverside Players announces auditions for Meredith Willson's The Music Man. All roles available.
Audition Location:
North Riverside Scheck Village Commons, 2401 S Des Plaines Ave, North Riverside
Rehearsals: Sundays (5-9), Tuesdays (7:30 - 10) & Thursdays (7:00-10)
Actors are only scheduled for the days they are needed. Children will be released early to make sure they are kicking it at school.
Bring your conflicts to include on the audition/conflict form.
Performance Dates are April 28, 29, 30 & May 5, 6, 7 (Fri/Sat 7:30 and Sun 2:30) (no conflicts allowed)
Tech Week is April 23 - 27 (no conflicts allowed)
Auditions will consists of
-16 bars of a song of your choice. Accompanist is provided. Please bring marked sheet music in your key.
-Cold readings from the script.
-Wear clothes you can dance in. There will be a short routine taught
-No appointments, auditioners will be seen in the order of arrival.
