Independent Production is seeking to fill multiple roles, Laylat al-Qadr is a short movie intent to be submitted to film festivals. Following an American Middle Eastern family, during a period of grief. Shot in the suburbs of Chicago, IL.

Submission deadline is Jan 8th. Pay is deferred, additional compensation includes food during filming, film credit and copy of their footage for resume reels.

Three teenager roles: two girls, one boy. (If you believe you pass as a teenager, don't worry about your actual age)

Father character (middle aged, walks with cane)

Aunt's ( middle aged. one lead aunt, several speaking other aunt's) open to all ethnicities

Ability to speak Arabic isn't needed but could be helpful. Open to all SWANA ethnicities (Southwest Asian NorthWest African) but Arab preferred.
