Description:
"Book of Merman" needs YOU because we just lost one of our Mormons! We need a male actor singer - between the ages of 18 - 30.
This show is a parody of what happens when the Book of Mormon Elders meets Ethel Merman. It is a very funny 90 minute romp in which everyone is on stage for 90 minutes. Plenty of music and lots of songs add to DC Castro's very funny script. It may be further enticement to know that the actor who understudied Ethel in NY is portraying Ethel at the Skokie Theatre!
Rehearsals started on Monday at the Skokie. You definitely have time to "catch up".
If you aren't busy for the next 2 months - rehearsals will be 4 nights a week starting January 2 (Mon - Thurs, 7 - 10). Opening night is February 3 and the show runs until 2/26.
Pay: $400
