We would like to schedule auditions in 20-minute slots with no more than four people auditioning per slot. Each actor/performer will have two minutes to share their independent piece followed by group work. You have 1-3 minutes - please create a piece that is about slaying a giant and rescuing someone in distress from a comedic point of view. Please incorporate text (original, found, epic poem, ballad, Monty Python, chivalric verse, etc) and physical storytelling. We invite you to play with scale, transformation of objects, song, instruments, elements of circus, etc. This is a movement heavy show. Performers will be asked to collaborate with the ensemble in close contact and proximity. Performers with strong movement skills, acrobatic, or aerial skills are strongly preferred but not required.
