Characters needed:

1. MALE ACTOR (THE FATHER)
Supporting / Male / Caucasian, Hispanic / 35 - 45 years
Description: Matias' father. 40 years old, slim and strong, eyes and hair brown, tall. Unshaven.
He is a simple man, but weak. Very attached to his mother.
After knowing about his wife?s illness, he has been distant from Matías. He is destroyed with his loss. His biggest fear is how he will face life without her.
Preferably fluent Spanish.


2. GIRL (MATIAS'S SISTER)
Background / Female / Caucasian, Hispanic / 11 - 14 years
Description: Matias' older sister, 13 yrs old. Brown hair. Very attached to her dead mother.
She doesn?t have a good relationship with her brother. She doesn?t like Matias? habit of going to hide from the people.
She is very sad by the dead of her mother, but she doesn't hide the rancor she feels toward his brother.
Preferably fluent Spanish.


3. FEMALE ACTRESS (THE GRANDMOTHER)
Supporting / Female / Caucasian, Hispanic / 55 - 70 years old.
Description: The mother of Matias? father. 65 yrs old, cane hair, good person but sort of cold. Strong character. She is very sad for the loss of her daughter-in-law.
Preferably fluent Spanish.


4. BOY (MATIAS)
Lead / Male / Caucasian, Hispanic / 6 -10 years old.
7 yrs old, eyes and hair brown, Hispanic / Caucasian looking, expressive look, average height and weight.
He hasn't received the love and company that he is looking for in his family. From the day he learns about her mother?s disease, until the day she dies, Matías has been wandering in the house and accumulating frustration.
