"The Interview" Casting Call
Possumbox is currently casting for "The Interview", a comedy short film about a man who shows up for a job interview and gets much more than he bargained for. Directed by Russ Hull and from the production company of “Rich Man, Poor Man” and the popular viral video “Shit Austinites Say”. The shoot is tentatively set for early November, 2013 in Austin, Texas. With exact shoot date still to be determined.
Seeking:
CURT MERGAN (Lead) - Male, age 25-40. (Strong comedic timing a must)
SHEP MAYFLOWER (Lead) - Male, age 35-55.
CAROL (Supporting) - Female, age 50-80.
*Many other assorted supporting roles are also available.
Casting will take place Saturday, October 12 between 10am and 2pm at 1110 Barton Springs Rd. in Austin, Texas (Dougherty Arts Center). This is a paid gig, with compensation being negotiable, depending on experience. This also could lead to more lucrative work in the future as Possumbox has multiple projects in the pipeline.
