Phantom Moon Productions is dedicated to providing haunting entertainment and giving back to the community through a scholarship fund for self-producing artists. Blood-lesque is a theatrical, devised Burlesque show hosted by a Halloween Icon featuring numbers with comedy, theatrical surprises, drag, and a whole lot of blood and burlesque. It will make you laugh, gasp, and shake you from your core to pelvic floor.

Pay Per Role:
Host: $210
Drag Guest Performer $50/performance + shared tips from the show Burlesque Ensemble Members: total stipend of $210 plus shared tips from the show.
Sexy Janitor/Stage Kitten (understudy): $150 stipend (shared tips if you go on for Burlesque Ensemble)

Roles:
*all sizes, races, & genders welcome for all roles*
Up to 6 Show-stopping Drag Acts - based on availability of drag artist, we plan on having one drag act per night.
8-10 total ensemble burlesque members: Burlesque Acts for various numbers: chair, floor, group numbers, strip tease and more. You can also pitch a solo number/duet - this is devised so you also have a creative say. *4-5 members pre-cast*
1 Host: Our vision is to have the show carried through with a comedian, improvisor, or drag host who is dressed as a Halloween Icon (ex. Dr. Frankenfurter from Rocky Horror, Alfred Hitchcock, Wednesday Adams). You can also have your own number and switch it up every night, if that's your jam.
2 Sexy Janitors(Stage Kittens) - will be dressed in lingerie and Ghost Face Masks, help clean blood between numbers, and pick up clothes while also being a comedic and campy presence on stage. Opportunity to understudy the main ensemble, based on interest.
Note: All cast must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster to audition in person and perform.

Audition Date: Virtual Submission through jot form. Auditions close August 17th at 11:59pm.
Callbacks: in person August 20th in the evening. Location TBD (North Side).
