Possibilities Theatre Company seeks actors for their upcoming 12 Days of Holidays play festival-- a holiday festival highlighting the human experience of the holidays-- the joy, the pain, and everything in-between! Plays vary in Holiday and subject matter, but all center around the December holiday season-- and everything that comes with it!

Roles are open to everybody, but we especially encourage BIPOC, LGBT+, plus-sized, and disabled people to submit.

Possibilities Theatre Company seeks to harvest an adventurous, creative environment where people from all walks of life are welcome and safe to take risks, try new things, and build a community. Possibilities strives to work with new artists and encourage them to venture into new art forms that they may be unfamiliar with. Possibilities Theatre is committed to respecting their artists time, talent, and prosperity, and intends to always operate accordingly. Theatre for an evolving world.

The festival will run from 12/12/2020-12/23/2020 and each play will perform at least twice (live, over Zoom) within those dates-- one weekend performance, and one weeknight. Performance dates will be chosen around actor/director availability, as will rehearsals. All rehearsals and performances will make place from artists' individual spaces-- there will never be any in-person meeting.

Most plays will be fully-staged over Zoom, and will require memorization, though there are a few plays that may require less preparation.

Possibilities is run completely on suggested donations-- admission to each play in the festival will be a suggested $5 per person, but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Each actor will receive at least 5% of the total suggested donations their play makes.

Material To Prepare:
We ask each actor to prepare two (2) contrasting, one-minute monologues that they enjoy performing-- these plays are a WIDE RANGE of subject matter, so really anything works!
