Casting for "Operant", a student thesis film for Loyola Marymount University's School of Film and Television.
|Role Name||Gender||Ethnicity||Age Range||Description|
|David Sullivan||Male||Any||40-70||David Sullivan is a quiet man with strong family values. He has two daughters - he lost his third daughter in a car accident - and a wife who he adores. He works for an insurance company during the week, and usually works on his yard during the weekends. He has been nothing but good to society and the people within it, making the fact that throughout the entire film he is tied to an execution table and wearing a straight jacket all the more jarring.|
|Jimmy Crocker||Male||Any||25-50||Jimmy Crocker is a wanted serial killer who is known for cutting up his victims into pieces and turning them into bird food for his pet parrots. When we meet him in the film, he is fairly unkempt looking, like he's been living in a sewer for the past year. In a way, his intentions are pure. He wants to do the best for his parrots, who he thinks of as family.|
