Description:
Detective Garrett Berg finds himself at a dead end while investigating a couple of repeated deaths. He lists the aid from a prolific, but newly retired Lana Phelps, who is also his ex-fiancee. They discover a number fo elaborate and grizzly muders and soon realize they are dealing with a serial killer who is targeting people who is targeting the morally absent people of Los Angeles, California. Garrett also tries to rekindle his relationship with Lana, all while feeling like his world has passed him by.
