Description:
Now in its eighth iteration, BECHDEL FEST is a short-play festival featuring a cast of actors (she/her/them/they) playing characters who talk about things other than men. The featured playwrights include Rob Koon, Brynne Frauenoffer, Keyanna Khatiblou, Jamie Olah, Jen Bosworth and Gina Pulice, Lane Anthony Flores, Ismail Khalidi, and Asha McAllister. This year's festival will be a virtual experience made available online in late July.
We are seeking actors (she/her/they/them) of all ages and types.
