Description:
The film will be experimental in nature, but use a conventional dialogue to form a narrative about the meeting of a man and a woman at a bar. It will use a series of 'impossible' dialogue cuts from one character to the other (the two characters are never seen in the same frame together), in which locations and styles are constantly changing. This effect will form a strong impression of distance between the two characters, but their conversation will be fluid and their rapport will be strong. This juxtaposition will make it impossible to know whether the two characters, who are seemingly very well suited to each other, ever actually met.

We might run into the following week, but that will be nights only. Filming will take place in various bars and pubs in Bristol. Both roles will require many costume changes, so it would very useful if you have a varied wardrobe with which you can present yourself in differing styles. All expenses will be covered, and you will be paid a (small) fee. Casting will take place on Sunday 10th March in central Bristol. Due to budgetary constraints, these roles are only open to actors living in Bristol. |
